All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Domestic (Australian) postage:
Postage typically takes 2-8 business days.
We offer free standard shipping on orders $150 and over.
For orders under $150, you have the option of standard shipping for $10.90 or express shipping for $15.
International postage:
We offer flat rate international shipping to the following regions: These prices are in $AUD
Zone 1: New Zealand - $15
Zone 2: Asia & Pacific - $20
Zone 3: United States & Canada - $25
Zone 4: UK and Europe - $30
Zone 5: UAE and Middle East - $40
International delivery times vary but usually arrive within 7-15 business days. Please visit Australia Post for specific delivery estimates for your country.

International import duties / taxes / VAT
Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT charged by your country’s customs authority. These charges vary by country and are typically payable before delivery or collection of your order.
🇺🇸 United States
Any applicable tariffs and import charges are included in your purchase price — no additional fees on delivery.
🇪🇺 European Union (EU)
- Orders under €150: VAT is included in the purchase price (no additional charges on delivery).
- Orders over €150: These orders fall outside the IOSS scheme and may be subject to import VAT and duties on arrival.
As our EU pricing includes VAT, the VAT portion will be refunded after purchase for orders over €150 to ensure you are not charged twice. Import charges may still be payable to your local customs authority before delivery.
🇬🇧 United Kingdom
Baby clothing is zero-rated for VAT in the UK, so no VAT is charged on eligible items.
Orders over £135 may be subject to import duties and handling fees on arrival.
Damage, Theft, or Loss
We take care to ensure your order arrives safely. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
Once a parcel has been marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout, Bebe Trek is not responsible for theft or loss from the delivery location.
