Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bebe Trek! We hope you and your little one are delighted with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.


Returns are accepted for faulty items and incorrect items.

Unfortunately we do not offer returns on sale items (unless the item is faulty) or for change of mind.

Return Period

Please notify us of your intent to return the item within 7 days of receiving it. The item must be returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Conditions for Returning Items

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, clean, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused condition. All original tags and packaging must be attached and undamaged. We will refuse a return where it appears the above conditions have not been met.

Initiating the Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at If the return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs except in the case of a wrong or faulty item. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


We are happy to exchange for incorrect sizing or a faulty item. We may not always have the size you need for exchange in the warehouse. If the correct size is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a refund (excluding shipping). Store credit is valid for 6 months as long as the item is returned in its original condition.


If you have requested a refund we will contact you within five business days of receiving your returned order and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund (minus shipping costs) will be made to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please contact us as if more than 15 days has passed since we approved your return.
