Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Bebe Trek! We hope you and your little one are delighted with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.
Returns
Free returns are accepted for faulty items or incorrect items (that don't match your invoice).
Unfortunately we do not offer returns on sale items (unless the item is faulty) or for change of mind.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange for incorrect sizing or a faulty item.
For change of mind, return postage and postage for sending the new item is at the customers expense.
We may not always have the size you need for exchange in the warehouse. If the correct size is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a refund (excluding shipping). Store credit is valid for 6 months as long as the item is returned in its original condition.
Return Period
Please notify us of your intent to return the item within 7 days of receiving it. The item must be returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Conditions for Returning Items
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, clean, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused condition. All original tags and packaging must be attached and undamaged. We will refuse a return where it appears the above conditions have not been met.
Initiating the Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at anna@bebetrek.com. If the return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs except in the case of a wrong or faulty item. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
If you have requested a refund we will contact you within five business days of receiving your returned order and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund (minus shipping costs) will be made to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please contact us as anna@bebetrek.com if more than 15 days has passed since we approved your return.

EU/EEA Customers – Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The following terms are only applicable to EU customers to comply with EU legislation.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you take physical possession of the goods.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Bebe Trek of your decision to withdraw from the contract by sending a clear statement by email to anna@bebetrek.com before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
Return of Goods
Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the goods to us within 14 days. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Condition of Returned Goods
You may inspect and handle the goods as you would in a retail store to determine their nature, characteristics and functionality. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.
Refunds
If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the goods, including the cost of the original standard delivery option (excluding any additional import duties charged by EU customs to you directly).
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
